How long does it take for carpets to dry?
Most carpets dry in 4–8 hours with good airflow. We recommend opening windows, running fans, and keeping foot traffic minimal during drying. Tile and grout dry even faster, typically within 2-4 hours.
Are your cleaning products safe for pets and kids?
Yes! We use eco-friendly ‘green’ cleansers that are low-odor and family-friendly. Our solutions are safe for children and pets, and we leave no soap residue behind. If you have specific sensitivities or allergies, please let us know when you call.
Do you move furniture?
We’re happy to move light furniture items by request. We use protective pads under furniture legs to prevent damage and protect your floors during the cleaning process.
Can you remove tough stains and pet odors?
We pre-treat problem areas and use professional extraction methods to remove most stains and odors. Some set-in stains or severe odor issues may require specialty treatments, which we’ll discuss during the assessment.
Will stains come back after cleaning?
We address wicking (when stains resurface from deep in the carpet) and residue buildup. Following our care tips helps prevent stains from reappearing. If a stain does return, give us a call.

How often should I have my carpets cleaned?
We recommend professional cleaning every 12-18 months for most homes. High-traffic areas, homes with pets, or allergy concerns may benefit from cleaning every 6-12 months.
Do I need to prepare anything before you arrive?
We recommend vacuuming beforehand and picking up small items from the floor. If you’d like us to move furniture, let us know when you call. We’ll handle the rest!
